Peggy Sue's and Jaspers Litter
Going on 5 weeks old on tuesday, they are eating very well, 2 meals a day and nursing
3 to 4 times a day. They have their last meal about 8 pm and then mommy comes cleans
them up and nurses them for a bit and by 9 pm they are down for the evening.  I let
mommy out of the puppy area for the night until 5 to 6 in the morning.  They do get up
and crawl out of the crate and go potty in the night on the paper. They are doing very
well with this already, their are still a couple that still piddle in the bed, no poo, but we
are working on this also.  They are getting around really good, playing, growling,
chewing on each other, I have had them out playing with Allie (3.5 months) and Melda
(7.5 months) my two youngest crew members.  As Peggy Sue Watches over them.  She
has really turned into an awesome mommy!  With her having this litter she has really
showed me her personality, she is a calm gal, that likes to play here and there, but
mostly she likes to watchover and make sure all is well!  Now I know why in the summer
she always sat up on the slide and just watched the rest play! I think we finally bonded
or I just understand her better now, she seems to like me more now.

2009 Planned Breedings

At this time, I need to take a personal retreat for a while, I need to take some time
to spend with my crew with no puppies, take some time for my husband and I,
for us and  to deal with his fathers health issues.

Things have calmed down for now and if all goes well when Michelle comes into
Heat in February/March, I will breed her with Tex, puppies estimated birth
April/May, ready to go in June/July!

If things continue to go well, we will Breed Lizzy and Tex also in May/June,
puppies estimated birth July/August, ready to go in Sept/ Oct of 2009.
These are estimated dates
T
hese are the only litters I will be breeding this year!

I will keep the site posted on availabilities!
Please keep checking the website for my Crews stories of our happenings on
the Ridge.

To be pre-approved to add a Brooks Burnt Ridge Boston Terrier  to your family!
Make an appointment to come meet me and my crew and you will be notified
for each litter before, I post on my website.
I only advertise on my website and word of mouth.
You are in no way obligated until the puppy is 2 weeks old
and you decide that is the puppy for you and place a deposit!
I have not had a family not fit to their puppies personality,
by picking it out at 2 weeks old and naming the puppy.

I go by, my pre-approved homes first and then appointments made, not who can get
here first,  I want the best families for my little furbabies, Families who have taken time
to choose the appropriate new  member for their family, those who have studied and
researched the breed, are willing to have an open mind to the best care for their
puppy's well being and health.  My last 5 litters, I have got to see families of different
ages and children of different ages, all get to experience their puppies life from birth
with photos and updates, they all get to spend good family quality time preparing for
the puppies home comings, they get to know the puppies mom and dad and the family
they belong too!  I feel it teaches the kids how to plan on big decisions such as adding
a pet and the responsibility behind it, plus time to ask questions!

I allow no visitors the first two weeks so that the mommies and me can build the bond
of trust with her puppies and that way when you come to see your puppy you can sit
right down with mommy and puppies and play with them.  Plus the first two weeks of a
puppies life is very critical, and requires a lot of sleep and watching to make sure they
are healthy puppies and outside germs are just to much for these little guys. And I owe
it to my families to take regards to  the health of their new pets, some of my families
have waited to see these little ones for a long while and trust the fact I have their
puppies well being my top priority.

No brokers, puppy mills, and/or solicitors!
All puppies go on a spay and neuter contract!
Limited Registrations Only!!!!
I am sorry that I do not sell any dogs for breeders, I do not promote breeding.
I only breed, to provide good quality, healthy, beautiful Boston terriers
to the average day family looking for a pet to add to their family!
Now if you are wanting to show a puppy we might be able to talk!
I require, all of my families to sign a contract stating, you will spay/neuter your puppy or
I will charge you a fee for breaking your contract, and
if you can not take care of Fido yourself anymore they must come back to me!
I do not breed to clog the systems, I take care of my own.
There are a lot of unwanted pets out there and none of mine are one of those.
I ask no questions to the return of any one of my  Beloved Bostons.
This is not a guarantee to buy back it ensures that my babies do not end up in the
systems,  shelter or a rescue, or on Craigs list, where they can end up part of a
research project, or Abused or neglected.
Believe me I will respect you more for bringing them back, then just dumping them.
I love them dearly no matter their issues, I will take care of them, myself, Thank you!

Group Photo, Here is a few of the photos it took to get the last 4 I think are the best group photos!
8 Puppies are harder than 4 to get to sit and stay in line for a photo!
But here is the class photos for this litter this week!
